Produce custom walls with simple tricks
Hard Foam Walls are perfect boundaries for model buildings, fields, plots and the like.
Especially due to the easy further processing and individual adaptability, very realistic enclosures can be designed.
Especially due to the easy further processing and individual adaptability, very realistic enclosures can be designed.
The walls are first separated from the base plate with a Stanley knife. Afterwards, you can shape them with hot air or hot water. For this, bring approx. 0.5 litres of water to the boil. Then pour a thin jet of water over the desired spot for about 30 to 40 seconds and immediately bend the wall into the desired shape. Now hold the wall in this position until it has cooled down completely.
The walls can then be primed with light Acrylic Paint. The walls will be custom-painted with the NOCH Nature Paints Set later on. In order to better emphasise the texture of the walls, you can also process the walls with white or light grey paint using the dry brushing technique. Once everything is dry, the finished walls can also be installed in the layout.
