To do this, first glue the narrow cut strips into the water outlets of the fountain. Then pour NOCH 2K Water Gel into the basin of the fountain.
Then fill the NOCH 2K water gel into the basin of the well. After curing, dab NOCH Water Effects onto the surface and the stripes. Use NOCH Foam & Spray to create the final details.
